SPOTAHOME is looking for a real team player to join our Global Operations team.
A hands-on and proactive person who is used to taking responsibility for reaching their team goals.
The position will assist and support the global Bookings team and provide the first rate booking experience that has propelled Spotahome to become one of Spain's fastest growing start-ups.
You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team learning all about our Customer Journey process and how to provide potential and existing customers with an exceptional experience while searching for their dream home.
You will also learn about the PropTech industry, work with different IT tools and ticketing systems and gain relevant experience in a fast paced, friendly open collaborative culture - we help one another win because of our united team vision.

What would you be doing in this role? Support our Bookings team through responses and research for our customers throughout our online booking process.Identify, select and analyse information according to the situation, and learn to apply solutions to best anticipate our client's needsAssist with operational support throughout our CRM ticketing process.Help in the communication and coordination with internal stakeholders like Account Management or Sales to solve clients enquiries.Provide support to our Bookings team by reviewing main KPIs to improve yours and our team's customer service skillsWork closely with your tutor to review business processes and help identify potential weaknesses and improvement suggestions.
