(Global Oil Gas) Public Media Relations Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking skilled Public Relations specialist to join This Company's Relationship Management Group (RMG).
Relationship Management Group (RMG) conducts thorough and detailed stakeholders mapping and provide profiles of all journalists and opinion leaders within the Media Relations Division (MRD) network.
The RMG tracks Media Relations Division (MRD) activities, including capturing engagements with journalists, opinion leaders and influencers across regions to inform and strengthen effectiveness of all media engagement.
Additionally, RMG is in charge of overseeing upcoming events and transactions, and coordinate aligned communication plans and activities.
Responsibilities: Develop and update detailed profiles for all journalists and opinion leaders Develop and update the media database by regularly tracking and logging engagements and visits Track and update all Media Relations deliverables of upcoming events and announcements Maintain the Media Relations calendar, in alignment with other corporate calendars Provide data and intelligence on journalists Track and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Requirements: This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Public Relations, Business Administration, Project Management, Management Information System, Mass Communications, or a related field. Languages: Arabic and English 3+ years of experience Qualities: Strong team player Able to develop, gather, analyze, and present media-related materials and data Performs well under pressure and handles a variety of requests Flexible and good organizational skills Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability Strong interpersonal skills Trustworthy and displays responsibility and care when handling confidential or sensitive topics
