Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities Workload Management: Define the pipeline of weekly layout and projects to figure out.
Discussion with Countries Construction departments to ensure that projects will be delivered on time and quality.
Discuss with GM, Brand, and locals RE on projects to develop and reviews.
Verify layout and coordination with the team in preparation for Detailed Drawing Set.
Verify the preparation of an accurate package and information of projects ongoing to Detailed Drawing Set.
Take Off Check: Check take off delivery.
Fixture Design Development: Verify the final output of design intent of fixtures.
Construction Document Check.
Design / Procurement Coordination: Check forecasts, production quantities, Bill of materials, take off upload.
Construction Guidelines: Create a document that collects Construction Guidelines with architectural details, finishes, fixture catalogue.
Network of Interaction Internal: CEO, Leadership Team, Country GMs, Design team, local construction teams, Procurement.
External: Suppliers.
Job Requirements (Knowledge / Experience) Educational Background: Architecture or Design Master's degree.
Architectural Design Skills: Knowledge of dynamics in a multinational company managing a portfolio of brands.
Project Management: Highly organized at work, experience in managing multiple projects within a matrixed organization, highly oriented to results, creative problem solving, and ability to work under strict timelines.
Communication: Good experience in project presentations and interpersonal relationships, excellence in working in a team; English proficiency is fundamental.
Economics: Business development expertise, budget management.
Fluency in Italian.
Proven team management skills.
