What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Global Mobility specialist to join the Mobility Transformation team in a client-facing role.
The candidate will support the Mobility Transformation team with the preparation of proposal of services documents and RFP material.
He/she will work in the team to support the execution of Mobility Transformation projects including project management activities.
He/she will take part in client meetings, workshops and strategy sessions also delivered in a Wavespace environment.
He/she will support the team with the creation of marketing materials, articles and thought leadership in the mobility area.
What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future Recognized bachelor's degree.
Previous work experience: Consulting firm or similar minimum 3 – 5 years preferably in HR/Talent field, and/or in-house experience in a Global Mobility team.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications in particular PowerPoint.
Well-organized with the ability to handle several projects/clients simultaneously.
Strong presentation skills and conceptual thinking.
Ability to create and manage client relationships and develop new business.
Dedicated work ethic with a commitment to client service excellence.
