Global Marketing Manager of the ELSE Division
**Your responsibilities**:
- Development of Global ELSE Campaign Calendar, liaison with agencies that support campaigns design and execution, ensure campaigns support product commercialization roadmap and business and sales strategic growth objectives
- Responsible for developing, implementing, measuring and improving programs/campaigns to support sales growth initiatives in key segments and achieve ABB's objectives.Together with digital marketing, communications and product management develop a platform of global marketing assets, content and tools menu from which local organizations can select and adapt to meet local customer needs
- Develop a customer journey as a foundation for the development of the campaign to ensure the delivery of relevant customer focus content, design together with agencies campaign architecture, assets, delivery channels and metrics and ensures alignment of value proposition and messages across multiple functions in ELSE.
Align campaign's key themes, timing and delivery for a valuable customer experience
- Researches, identifies, and selects external marketing agencies to develop marketing assets, tools, touchpoints as a part of the programs and campaigns.
Defines quality and delivery targets for externally assigned activities, monitors ongoing progress, and resolves issues, defines key targets and metrics for all programs and campaigns.
Monitor results and improve
- Coordinate with finance for campaign budget allocation and with sales for ongoing sales leads/pipeline business reviews, content planning, work with communications, product management, marketing and sales to generate valuable content for the campaigns
- Collaborate and coordinate with digital marketing the tools required to execute and improve the results of digitally driven touchpoints (digital templates, landing pages, social media personalization)
- Ensure campaigns are executed using marketing automation (Marketo, Pardot, SFDC, etc.)
and other marketing technologies (ON24, Bizzabo, etc.
)
- Communicate and educate the sales team regarding demand generation processes and tools to ensure leads conversion, forecast, measure, analyze and report on program effectiveness
**Your background**:
- Successful completion of a Business Degree and 10 years + of Digital marketing and integrated campaigns experience with international exposure and English fluency
- Understanding of Pardot/Market or any other marketing automation system and SFDC and various funnel acceleration systems
- Experience managing agency relationships and minimum of 10 Years of experience in B2B Type Business Model
- Experience serving, collaborating with, and influencing stakeholders with no direct reporting relationship
- Customer and market driven orientation, group facilitation skills, Electrification service offering will be a plus, motivated, self-starter, able to work independently
- Project management experience and experience with lead management process execution, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
- Communication and influence, analytical, ability to think strategically and manage the daily execution, collaborative, detail oriented and innovative
