We are looking for a **Global Market Manager** under a permanent contract who will work and grow within the **Global Marketing department**.
You will report to the Director of Global Market Managers within the Blood Culture/Identification/Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing Franchise.
As a Global Market Manager for SPECIFIC REVEAL you will be in charge of driving downstream marketing activities in strong interaction with Regions, subsidiaries and distributors.
**What will be your mission ?
**
- Lead** Go to Market (G2M) **activities for SPECIFIC REVEAL by coordinating transversal teams to ensure preparedness of the Company, the Offer (including selling tools), and the Market.
Also, support Regions to ensure Local G2M readiness prior to Launch Approval
- Drive** solution-selling approach **by working transversally over different product lines**, **and** address customers' challenges**, this in close collaboration with the Regions***
- Contribute to** build the Global Marketing Plan (GMP)** with the Global Product Managers & Specific Diagnostics Team
- Contribute to** Market knowledge** by providing information related to the SPECIFIC REVEAL market (including competition) & Voice of Customer (VOC), and contribute to **transform** market and customer **needs into product evolutions**
- Impact business by **driving the execution of the GMP** and **supporting** **local and regional marketing** teams.
Be the first interlocutor by addressing questions such as: positioning and segmentation, arguments against competition, product mix including the global pricing policy, support for communication tools, support for presentations and events in congresses with KOL, etc
- Contribute to the** Communication Plan** with Global Product Managers and Marketing Communication Department, and drive the development of customer facing tools to support the commercial teams.
Participate to congresses***
- Co-lead** KOL Management** as part of regular customer visits and contacts at international level, develop the global network of KOLs and pool of product advocates
- Act as** product champion** with entrepreneur mindset to monitor SPECIFIC REVEAL solution's performance (including revenues, consolidated margin and market share), to assess/adjust pricing policy and monitor multi-channel promotion
- Work as a** team with Medical Affairs **to ensure prioritizations based both on medical insights and on business priorities
**Who are you?
**
- Graduate degree in **Science**, and ideally in **Business/Marketing**
- Minimum **8 years' experience** in Business / Marketing / Sales / Medical roles in the health industry (and preferably within In Vitro Diagnostics)
- Fluent level of **English** (oral, written) mandatory
- French welcome
- Good **communication skills**, take **initiatives** and demonstrate **can-do** attitude
- Ability to **lead transversal projects** with different stakeholders
- Ability to handle priorities and **deliver commitments on time** (result and progress oriented)
- Ability to **travel** up to 25% of your time
