**Description**
**Your responsibilities**:
- You define the strategy, uses, and opportunities for the analysis and conduct hands-on analysis to deliver global business benefits
- You define global marketing targets and ensuring these are achieved for Marketing
- You anticipate changes in marketing direction and facilitating appropriate remedial action
- You track globally and Informs management of market research and analysis results that identify existing gaps or new opportunities for growth
- You build customer focus and customer experience capability and culture throughout the whole Hitachi Energy, aggregating feedback received and legacy from different Business Units to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- You ensure high quality synthesis and analysis, providing in depth understanding and insights relevant to Hitachi Energy decisions
- You extract and analyze data from sales/financial tools to measure effectiveness of current marketing activities and provides updates to management
- You support M&S and Product Management in best use of sales tracking system and monitor ongoing data quality and lead trainings to the stakeholders about the usage of the reports and dashboards
- You create templates and meeting packs for Management meetings, ensuring distribution in required timescales ahead of the meeting, reviews and builds analysis in line with the standard templates
- You ensure best value received versus costs and benchmark new suppliers and ensuring cost split between different stakeholders
**Your background**:
- University degree (M.Eng., MBA or equivalent)
- at least 5 -7 years of work experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power BI and Market research tools
- Able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, and with all levels of the organization
- High level of written, oral, and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures, and processes
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities
