We are looking for a Global Logistics Manager who oversees all logistics coordination activities, both nationally and internationally. Must-have? 10+ year of previous experience in International Logistics and English proficiency level of at least B2. Want to know more? The Global Logistics Manager is responsible for: Managing inbound and outbound processes nationally and internationally to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of goods. Fostering strategic relationships worldwide to optimize efficiency. Supervising the entire distribution network, coordinating transportation via sea, air, and rail, while conducting detailed analyses for optimization. Implementing protocols for constant monitoring of temperature conditions during transportation to maintain product quality. Maintaining continuous communication with navigation and procurement departments for efficient resource management and raw material flow. Overseeing transportation providers, strategically planning routes to minimize costs and enhance delivery efficiency, while cultivating strong supplier relationships. Working with internal and external partners to ensure a seamless flow of materials and products throughout the supply chain. Developing cost-saving initiatives through strategic contract negotiations to reduce operational expenses while maintaining service quality. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, staying updated with industry standards, and maintaining comprehensive contracts with logistics suppliers. Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, developing contingency plans to address disruptions, and providing transparency throughout the supply chain. Ideal Candidate: Degree in Economics or Engineering. Experience of at least 10 years in similar roles. Soft skills: excellent planning, communication, and organizational skills.
