We are seeking a talented Global Category Buyer Logistic to join our innovative team.

Key Responsibilities: Build strong network with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Develop in-depth global market and industry analysis skills, and transfer know how to regional/local procurement references.
Conduct regular market analysis on a Global/Regional level to identify cost reduction and supplier base opportunities.
Collaborate with Business Stakeholders and Regional Procurement teams to receive inputs necessary for the development of an effective category strategy as well as to cascade down the approved global category strategy.
Support the building of sourcing strategies and definition of the yearly initiatives plan including: sourcing projects mapping, budget forecasting, coverage and productivity targets, company's risk mitigation plan strategies for sourcing.
Manage all activities related to contract stipulation in collaboration with Business Function and Legal.
Lead strategic suppliers relationship management, ensuring alignment of service level and cost rendered versus contracted.
Contribute in developing reports and highlights, activity dashboards and relevant KPIs to monitor and manage properly the category/categories.
Ensure, within logistics categories and subcategories, compliance to procurement standards and policies.
Lead/promote continuous improvement within the logistic and procurement functions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into the procurement process, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Optimize category efficiency through implementing supplier, product process standardization and automation in close alignment with Global Procurement CoE.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the logistics industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
