Talent Solution, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Global IT Project Specialist MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ? IT Project Leadership & Innovation: Manage international, high-impact IT Corporate projects with standardized methodologies to create a significant impact.
? Demand Management Mastery: Lead the demand management process, overseeing the capture, challenge, approval, and delivery of cost-effective solutions endorsed by top management.
? Business Technology Nexus: Translate business needs into high quality design of first-class IT solutions, acting as the vital link between business requirements and technical teams.
? Global Process Harmonization: Support initiatives aligning global business processes and systems through strategic corporate solutions.
? Synergy Creation & Change Management: Establish connections across functions and countries, fostering synergies between various initiatives, and manage projects with substantial organizational impact.
? Tech Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Plan, develop, support, and enhance IT applications while understand how emerging technologies might affect the way we work and advise our customers in selecting the right technology.
JOB REQUIREMENTS ? Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or similar.
? You have a minimum of 2 years professional experience in a comparable role in a company with complex structure.
