We're the independent minded and passionate achievers in the spirits industry, innovating the iconic.Be Part of Our Signature MixThe Global IT Lead Network Service Management is a key role in the Global IT Infrastructure and Operations team, which is responsible for delivering and maintaining reliable, secure, and cost-effective IT infrastructure and operations services to support the business needs and objectives of Campari Group.The Global IT Lead Network Service Management will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Campari's network services, including LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, Firewalls, and Azure networking.
You will ensure that these services align with the IT strategy, architecture, and standards, and meet the business's performance, availability, security, and compliance requirements.
You will also oversee network service providers and vendors, ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to contractual obligations and service level agreements.
Additionally, you will be accountable for projects related to the enhancement and evolution of Network Services, as well as any network activity related to Merging & Acquisition of new companies into the Campari Group.
Leading a team of network Experts and Architects, you will provide guidance, coaching, and support, while collaborating with other IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to integrate network services with other IT systems and processes, and support the business needs and expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement the network services strategy and technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with the IT strategy, architecture, and standards.Design, implement, and manage the network services in Campari, including LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN,Firewalls and Azure networking, ensuring that they meet the performance, availability, security, and compliance requirements.Monitor and optimize the network services, ensuring that they are reliable, secure, and cost-effective.Manage the network service providers and vendors, ensuring that they deliver quality services and adhere to the contractual obligations and SLAs.Manage the network services budget and resources, ensuring that they are within the allocated limits and that they deliver value to the business.Lead, coach, and develop the Network Services Team, ensuring that Team Members have the skills, competencies, and tools to perform their roles effectively.Establish and maintain network blueprints, policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring that they are followed and enforced across the organization.Ensure that the network services are compliant with the IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, and that they follow the IT best practices and methodologies.What you bring8+ years of experience in network servicesdesign, implementation, and management, preferably in a global and complex environment.4+ years of experience in leading and managing a team of network engineers.Experience with a broad range of network technologies and services (Wi-Fi, SDWAN, Firewall, SASE, Azure networking, Express Route).Experience in network design, configuration, security, monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting.Strong knowledge and experience in outsourced services and vendors management, including contract negotiation, SLA monitoring, and performance evaluation.Experience in budget and resource management, including cost analysis, forecasting, and optimization.Experience in services governance, risk & compliance and ITIL framework.Proven ability to bring innovation and improvements, including awareness of the latest trends and developments, and ability to identify and implement opportunities for enhancement.Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Computer Management Information Systems preferred or equivalent experience.Relevant certifications in network technologies (such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCIE or Check Point CCSA, CCSE, CCSM) are desirable.ITIL V3 or V4 foundation certification required.Fluent in English (company language is English), minimum level B.Autonomous person with excellent leadership and management skills, ability to set direction and mobilize the commitment of the team and stakeholders, delegate and empower the team, ability to coach and develop the team members, manage conflicts and resolve issues.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate complex concepts and issues to technical and non-technical audiences, build and maintain effective and credible working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Availability to travel up to 20% of the time.Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:At Campari Group we believe in building more value together, thus we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
