For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Global IT Governance & Strategy team, supporting our Global IT Governance & Strategy Manager. This is a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and innovative environment.
You'll be in charge of: Support and coadiuvate the preparation of the IT Global Strategic Plan under both a functional and an economical standpoint. You'll be part of the team in charge of co-design and represent how our IT organization will invest and operate among the next years at global level; Cooperate and support central team in the adoption of the Global IT Procure to Pay process. You'll act as a pivot in day-by-day activities, guaranteeing effectiveness and the correct escalation on relevant topics; Support the team in the Vendor Management processes. You'll embrace an internal innovation journey aimed at digitalizing, through ServiceNow, the way we manage our sourcing contracts. You are the right person if you: Have a background in Management Engineering, Economics, Management or similar. Speak English fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams. Enjoy working on an energetic, and fun team and have a clear ability to drive the growth. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with various stakeholders; Are confident in using Excel and PowerPoint. What else?
