Global IT Application Management Internship | Milan | 6 monthsFor our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global IT Application Management Service Team.
As part of the IT AMS team, you will have the opportunity to work on one of the leading cloud platforms on the market, gain experience on different core processes, collaborate with both IT and Business teams in our central HQ and local offices worldwide.Does the opportunity sound interesting to you?
We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from day 1.
You'll be in charge of: Supporting application maintenance service management with a focus on worldwide back-office applications processes, Ensuring incidents are logged accurately and timely and passed to second line support teams, Global Support Tool configuration: harmonization to Global Model, Streamlining the user provisioning process, Interacting with internal and external stakeholders, belonging to both Business and IT Areas, Expanding procedures and best practices documentation with the aim of consolidation across countries.
You are the right person if you: Are a student or new graduate in IT area, Engineering, Business Administration or similar, Speak English fluently and are curious to work with multicultural teams, Are a determined person, provided with a growth mindset, Have good communication and presentation skills, Have a proactive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously, as well as with a team.

Besides the challenging and interesting opportunity, we offer: 6 months internship in our Global Headquarters located in Via Giuseppe Ripamonti 133, Competitive monthly reimbursement.
Fulltime experience, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you'll be working with!).
