Join the brand in its new venture and come work in an exciting environment, favorable to audacity creativity!The Global Initiatives Manager is responsible to coordinate the activities of the multi-functional team (Global Marketing; Sourcing; Development; Planning; Go to Market; Finance; External Business Partners) over the entire portfolio of New Product Launches (Initiatives).KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe Global Initiatives Manager:operates through influence to guide and coach the different functions along the Stage-Gate process following all the steps of the Standard Operating Model;is responsible for the end-to-end readiness of Global Initiatives across technical, commercial and financial aspects: starting from the product concept definition up to the stock availability at the Global Warehouse;leads the MFT team to work collaboratively and proactively through the several stages of the project CPS (Critical Path Schedule);conducts reviews to ensure the proper flow of actions;ensures that risks and issues are pro-actively identified and intervenes to change priorities and to put in place contingency plans to recover from problems;timely escalates project issues to management for visibility and support in their resolution as needed;guides his/her direct report(s) to work through challenging situations by clearing obstacles; identifies gaps and opportunities for their growth and development.Essential:Around 5 years of experience in the role;Project management experience;Proven track record on managing projects and delivering on time, on cost and on quality;Proven experience in delivering projects as leader and member of a multi-functional team;Fluency in English (spoken and written).
