Are you ready for it?
As Global Industrial Quality Leader, you will report directly to the Group Quality Team, working actively with the Global Functions helping to coordinate the business activities and strategies.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Directly contribute to define Quality Standards and collaborate with the top management team to set the proper quality benchmarks
- Identify and design together with engineering dept.
the quality control processes to ensure criteria are met at all times
- Monitor and act as strategical PM for the core Quality projects beating the rhythms and clearly linking the "as is vs. to be" status
- Create standards in accordance with the industry guidelines and taking into the scope customer expectations
- Establish and plan tests to check final product adherence to the company standards, eventually leading the creation of the proper control plans
- Guarantee a complete and comprehensive findings archive and share this information with the manufacturing and engineering teams
- Brainstorm ideas to increase productivity and performance of the manufacturing plants while maintaining high focus on quality
- Make crucial decisions in favor of cost-efficiency without compromising on quality
- Oversee specific manufacturing areas to ensure conformity in final product processing

- You have a Degree or PHD in Industrial Engineering
- Prior experience as Quality Leader in a manufacturing environment, preferred additional experience directly in manufacturing or technical PM roles
- A previous experience in Eyewear (frame/spectacles/lenses) industry is considered a plus
- Familiar with industry quality standards and processes, better if in the eyewear and/or luxury specific industry
- Great team player with humble approach and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and support the business vision on a large scale, oriented and/or experienced in multicultural and multilanguages environments
- Curious on market trends and conditions
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Able to positively influence others
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
