Reporting to the Managing Director of the Business Unit, you will translate business goals into HR priorities and ensure effective implementation in partnership with Hub HRBPs and the Centers of Expertise (CoE).
Your responsibilities Define strategic HR priorities and design and support execution of global people strategy for the business unit in line with the Power Grids people strategy
Oversee capability planning and drive the long-term Importante Azienda planning in the business, in addition partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure positions are adequately staffed to meet business targets
Design and implement organizational structure and principles in line with global standards and develop high-performing teams, including organizational restructuring, optimal utilization, redeployment, and right-sizing of people resources
Build effective performance culture, implement global business HR performance standards, KPIs, and targets to enhance business performance, and recognize and reward high performance
Decide on competence-related actions to support business strategy, in addition to implementing development and educational activities to build and improve key skills in collaboration with HR Talent team
Maintain close dialogue with Talent & Learning Organization and set and implement strategies to ensure healthy and sustainable talent structure, including recruitment, succession planning relating to business-critical positions, and enable diversity of thought
Determine remuneration competitiveness and compensation components based on business needs and in line with global strategy and policy as well as monitoring personnel costs and partnering with key stakeholders to understandand address HR-related issues
Drive and execute necessary measures and actions to facilitate change and support on driving defined leadership behaviors in the organization
Ensure compliance with legislation and HR policies and assist BU and Hub in adherence to Occupational Health and Safety standards across the business
Your background 12- years in HR function preferably with diversity of roles in HR (country, business partnering, function, services) ideally also in demanding manufacturing environment
Business acumen with strategic orientation and environment knowledge to be able to articulate how to add financial value through people and organization capability strategies
Strong skills in data analytics and orientation for high quality data driven decision-making
Structured thought process and ability to relate to engineering mind set and environment
Competencies and successful track-record in persuading and influencing in non-hierarchical and preferably global settings
Global and interculturally aware mind set and approach, experience in working and living in multiple countries
Be able to deal with ambiguity, willingness and ability to take decisions for larger good
High level of motivation and drive with ability to deal with certain level of frustration
Being able to drive the strategic HR topics together with the management and enable the team to deliver while being involved in day to day operations
