You will work in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.Does the opportunity sound interesting to you?We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from day 1.You'll be in charge of:Assisting in managing HR digital transformation projects, including data analysis and end user training.Collaborating on the definition and implementation of new processes, from gathering requirements to testing and feedback.Supporting the management of data quality and the integration of new technologies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services.Contributing to the dissemination of best practices and digital knowledge across the organization, acting as a change agent to foster HR's digital transformation.You are the right person if you:Have a degree in human resources, economics, management engineering, or similar (or near completion).Possess a strong interest in digital technologies and HR processes, with a focus on data analysis.Have basic skills in Excel.Exhibit excellent communication skills, team spirit, and attention to detail.Have professional proficiency in English.Curious about who you'll be working with?
