For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global HR Team , supporting on Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Development and Learning. You will have the opportunity to work on full scope projects, where you will play a key role from start to end.

Youll be in charge of:
Contribute to the development and execution of initiatives that enhance the companys visibility and attractiveness to specific talent groups. Conduct research on strategic partners to support recruitment efforts and collaborate closely with other cross-functional teams. Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and KPIs to support team objectives and measure the effectiveness of various initiatives. You are the right person if you: You are a recent graduate or in pursuit of a Master's degree . You are comfortable in an international environment where English is required on a daily basis. You like to work with people , interacting, speaking, and presenting to a diversified group of people. You see yourself as a digital native comfortable with using social media and common tools like PowerPoint and Excel; You are open to learning and take real decisions based on data and analysis.
