Your responsibilities: Lead and manage the strategic HR agenda for the operation function, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and priorities Serve as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to the CPO, COO and Senior Management team of the Operations function, providing HR expertise and insights to support decision-making Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and agility of the function Implement change management strategies to support organizational transformations and foster a positive culture Conduct qualitative workforce planning to ensure the function has the right talent in place to achieve its goals Oversee functional talent management processes, including High-Potential (HIPO) development, succession planning, and talent pipelining Lead the recruitment efforts for leadership and key positions within the function, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent Manage strategic HR projects from conception to execution, driving initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience  Your profile: Degree in HR, economics or production related field 10+ years of experience in HR or Production leadership roles, preferably in a global manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of HR best practices, organizational development, and change management Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and on a global level Open to travel Fluent in English and German or Italian   Your benefits: An international and appreciative working environment Continuous personal and professional development in our Dr. Schär Academy An individual "Onboarding Program" Flexible working hours and smart working option An own company canteen with meal allowance In-house company kindergarten Internal fitness program (e.g.
