We are looking for aGlobal HR Business Partner (m/f/d) - Driver ManagementYour activitiesAs a Global HR Business Partner, you will oversee driver attraction, development, and management.
Your main tasks in detail are:Driver Management: You will control the number of employed drivers, manage requests from branches and business units, control driver personnel costs, and develop retention measures.
You will also set hiring standards and ensure compliance.Strategic Sourcing: You will develop new driver markets, strategically plan demand, embed driver markets in our legal structure, and acquire the latest market development know-how.Recruiting: You will supervise decentralized recruiting activities and set recruiting standards.Training: You will develop entry training and onboarding for drivers, create a continuous training program, and ensure the quality and effectiveness of training.Employer Branding Attraction: You will develop an employer branding concept, plan and implement employer branding events, and define standards for drivers' housing.
