Global HR Business Partner (m/f/d) - Driver Management Your activities As a Global HR Business Partner you will overseee the driver attraction, development and management. Your main tasks in details are:
Driver Management: You will control the number of employed drivers, manage requests from branches and business units, control driver personnel costs and develop retention measures. You will also set hiring standards and ensure them. Strategic Sourcing: You will develop new driver markets, plan strategically demand, know how to embed driver markets in our legal structure, and acquire latest market development know-how. Recruiting: You will also supervise decentral recruiting activities and set recruiting standards. Training: You will develop the entry training and onboarding for drivers and develop a continuous training program and a career training. You will also ensure the quality and effectiveness of the training. Employer Branding & Attraction: You will develop an employer branding concept, plan and implement employer branding events and define standards for drivers' housing. You will also promote our company as a great place to work for drivers. A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, transportation or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in driver management, strategic sourcing, training or employer branding in the transportation industry. Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills. A strong knowledge of the transportation market, legal regulations, driver needs and expectations. A high level of proficiency in English, Italian and German are a plus. A willingness to travel frequently within Europe and abroad.
