The Role:The Global Head of Market Intelligence is a senior leadership role responsible for guiding and overseeing the company's strategic initiatives in market and competitive intelligence.
This role involves leading two critical units: Competitive Intelligence and Analyst Relationships.
The primary objective is to deliver actionable insights that drive business strategy, competitive positioning, and market differentiation.What You'll Do:Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive market intelligence strategy aligned with the company's business goals.Lead and mentor the Competitive Intelligence and Analyst Relationships teams, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
Competitive Intelligence: Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of competitive intelligence to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.Provide strategic recommendations based on competitive analysis to support decision-making across business units.
Analyst Relationships: Manage relationships with industry analysts and ensure the company is effectively represented in key market reports and evaluations.Coordinate and align communications and interactions with analysts to enhance the company's market presence and reputation.
Insight Generation: Synthesize market and competitive data into actionable insights that inform product development, marketing strategies, and corporate planning.Ensure the timely delivery of market intelligence reports and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Collaboration & Communications: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and executive leadership, to align market intelligence initiatives with business objectives.Communicate findings and strategic recommendations effectively to various internal and external stakeholders.
Market Monitoring: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to keep the company informed of significant changes and developments.Utilize advanced analytics tools and methodologies to enhance the accuracy and relevance of market intelligence.
