The role is part of the Global FPA Supply Chain team which partners the Global Supply Chain Heads as far as financial processes and business performance are concerned, and reports to the Group FPA Director, Global Integrated Planning.
Key Responsibilities The Global FPA Specialist works closely with the Group FPA Director Integrated Planning delivering analysis on Supply Chain (SC) Costs and tracking the performance, acting as the glue between Supply Chain and Business Unit stakeholders.
In this role, you will be in charge of: Support Global Supply Chain actual results process and data consolidation in coordination with the full SC FPA team.
Support local FPA SC in COGS analysis.
Accountable for multi-year and coordination of annual/monthly COGS planning.
Reconciliation of Data with Group FPA Consolidation team.
Monthly analysis for Actual COGS results and explanation to BU CFOs/FDs.
Design and management of dashboards for variances analysis in coordination with Group FPA teams.
Implementation of Analytics for predictive forecast for all the COGS components.
Being point of contact for Senior Finance leaders.
Providing data to IR.
Ad-hoc analysis business requires to support SC Heads of Global functions.
Key Relationships Internal: Supply Chain FPA teams at regional and local level, BU FPA Regional teams, rest of Group FPA team.
External: external consultants and providers.
Experience Required 3+ years of FPA experience with focus on Supply Chain preferred.
Experience in consumer goods industries preferred.
Understanding of COGS and key supply chain performance drivers.
Proven experience in working on challenging projects and track-record of delivering excellent results to deadlines.
Familiar with working in a matrix organization.
Education / Professional Qualifications Degree in Economics/Business Administration or similar.
Fluency of English is a must, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Advanced Excel user.
Skills Functional Excellent skills and consolidated experience in financial planning reporting techniques and methods, including KPIs management in the areas of Supply Chain.
Deep economic and financial knowledge especially FMCG PL structure and COGS.
Strong analytical skills.
Knowledge of business processes in the FMCG industry.
Deep SAP knowledge, BI/BW and BPC knowledge is a plus.
