All about the role: We are seeking a Procurement Specialist in Services supporting the definition and managing the sourcing activities of services in BA Europe.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in multiple services areas including Finance, Human Resources and Sales, as to ensure best-in-class services at competitive costs.
What you will do: Promote a collaborative relationship with key peers fostering standardization of the European contractual setup including (Purchasing, Finance, Sales and Human Resources).
Design and implement strategies for sourcing of Services activities.
Search for alternative and innovative services solutions as to improve efficiency and promoting a sustainable customer (internal) satisfaction.
Accountability on supplier cost performance & service level.
Plan, organize, and drive the best sourcing activities and tenders.
Manage KPIs and ensure compliance with contracted terms both internally & externally.
Provide market insight and relevant information to the organization.
Who you are: Bachelor's degree in administration or economics.
0 – 2 years of experience in Purchasing and sourcing activities Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent data management and analysis Negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English written and spoken; any other language is an asset.
