Business Analyst, Group Electrical - Electromechanical Components - Susegana, Italy
We are looking at a Business Analyst.
The role is global and will allow you to learn our product portfolio of electromechanical components.
With our Global R&D you will all technical criticalities of the components, and through the supplier's production the commercial aspect driven by processes.
The main task will be to support driving this complex category in terms of complexity reduction, standardization, sustainability both economically and supply wise.
You will be based in Susegana (TV), located nearby Conegliano in the enjoyable area of the Prosecco.
You will report to Electromechanical Group Purchasing Director.
You will be part of the Group Electrical and Electronic purchasing organisation acting cross all sectors and product lines.
- A regular day at work:
- Create analytical tools and reports for sourced products, components purchasing & tooling function team; maintain supplier profile, budget, spend and cost analysis, direct materials commodity spread, and projects progress in flow to enable faster management decision and improve the overall team's efficiency.
- Ascertain prompt input and maintenance of data management system related to Sourcing business including price update and control, new supplier creation and approval process, and contract terms maintenance
- Control governance of contract compliance
- Support Line Manager to prepare the needed deck for monthly team meeting to review special project progress, present solutions based on analysis, escalation for management support and decisions
- Prepare regular team meeting content to assess special project progress, present solutions based on analysis, escalation for management support and decisions.
- Assist any reports need, projects/initiatives from time to time as assigned

The position requires:
- BSc or higher degree with good working knowledge of data management and analytical skills, preferably Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, Economics
- Knowledge of Excel above average as MS Office
- Results oriented and demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Can - do attitude, positive energy, team player is a must
- Required languages: Fluent English written and spoken
- Italian or German is a plus
