This global role enables and empowers local/market operative management and execution of digital sales channels, to pursue a true omnichannel approach and achievement of the business results across all channels.
Our purpose is to globally develop, scale and empower the digital and digitally enabled businesses and relationships of our sales and marketing organization via scalable, sustainable and profitable solutions.
In the global Digital Commerce and Merchandising service, we ensure consistent brand visibility and availability in all relevant digital channels by constantly creating, improving and optimizing the various digital shelves via persona-based and mission-focused offerings, maximizing growth options and financial viability.
Global E-Commerce Specialist / Expert (w/m/d) YOUR TASKS Deploying the global Digital Commerce & Merchandising roadmap, developing best practices and guidelines for local markets for successful end-to-end into market execution Support local market successful execution by implementing best practice and guidelines (e.g.
sales & merchandising plan,business review,budget/forecast/KPIs,JBPs,etc) Actively assist local markets in achieving business objectives in e-commercechannels (marketplace, omni-retailer, own store, quick commerce, social commerce) Collaborate with global teams to ensure maximum support for local/market teams to enhance local channel management and execution.
Maximum exploitation of the digital sales tools and platforms (e.g.
own e-commerce, syndication, …) and the respective functionalities/features to guarantee ROI and adoption Project management of initiatives implementation to evolve existing digital commerce and Merchandising activities Operatively setup and drive global channel management (e.g.
