Global Director of Digital Engagement Purpose of the role As the Global Director of Digital Engagement at Organon, you will play a strategic role in shaping and executing Organon's digital engagement within the hybrid/ omnichannel ecosystem of channels/ strategies. This position aims to deliver the best user experience to a diverse range of customers, including healthcare professionals, patients & consumers, seamlessly blending digital and physical interactions, to drive business impact. Reporting Organization: Global Customer Engagement within Global Business Services. Main responsibilities In coordination with the global Customer Engagement team, you partner with Global Franchise Leads & Markets to design, plan, support execution, and monitor digital strategies and campaigns. In collaboration with Business Technology, you drive the evolution of digital capabilities to enable Franchises and Markets aspirations by leading the digital requirements and prioritization of the Customer Engagement Value Team and supporting the execution, launch, adoption and usage. You will act as a coach and advisor across all our global markets to understand, support and challenge their digital engagement plans. As part of our Global Business Services function, you will be responsible for the continual evaluation of how digital services are delivered across Organon's markets, including assessing business benefits from adjusting the delivery model, also including centralization of selected services. Further, this role will be accountable for the design and implementation of any changes to the digital services operating model, in partnership with business stakeholders. You foster change by co-creating new digital experiences/capabilities with stakeholders/markets at the center, contributing to a global to local operating model. Align strategies and actions with the broader omnichannel roadmap, by proactively defining opportunities, risks and interdependencies with existing or future capabilities (eg: CRM, Analytics & Content). Champion changes: convene all stakeholders and drive initiatives: essential aspect of the role, it requires proactive leadership in navigating and implementing necessary transformations. You own the roadmap of Web Engagement Capabilities for HCPs (eg. Organon Pro), aligning it with customer needs and business objectives. You own the roadmap of marketing automation capabilities for HCPs, including the implementation of Next Best Engagement and email marketing engines. You own the roadmap of social media capabilities, ensuring a cohesive and impactful presence in alignment with brands' strategy and compliance. You scout for the next evolution of digital capabilities and challenge the business to elevate to the next level: Continuously evaluate emerging trends and technologies, fostering a culture of innovation and pushing boundaries to maintain competitive advantage. You lead and foster a community of digital and social media leads bringing thought leadership on how to use engagement capabilities and execute campaigns to drive business impact. Lead co-creation efforts with countries around the globe to ensure successful buy-in and change management. You are a strong advocate of value demonstration, measuring the benefits of what we do and how it translates into business impact, while serving as an effective bridge between Business Technology (BT) and business stakeholders. Translate business objectives into engagement and analytics requirements, strategically adding monitoring metrics. You drive continuous improvement initiatives, seeking opportunities to enhance processes and standardize practices. Your profile Bachelor's or master's Degree (Innovation or Digital Master preferred). 8 years of experience in omnichannel marketing, with a focus on digital engagement, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, automation and recommendation engines, social media, paid channels. Exceptional leadership skills, resilience, and the ability to inspire and drive transformative change while maintaining a steadfast focus on value demonstration. Proficient in influencing and convening stakeholder groups, distilling actionable next steps, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Proven experience in managing vendors with large number of contractors. Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment. Business-oriented, technology, and data-savvy. Consulting experience preferred. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
