Global Demand Planning Associate

Talent Solution, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Global Demand Planning Associate.
Main Activities: Support the SOP demand process by monitoring the timely execution of all the phases of the process.
Participate in the monthly Demand Review Meetings with all the Regions of the group and provide support in the correct execution of the demand-related processes.
Challenge Sales Forecasts Accuracy and Bias coming from the Affiliates and Regional hubs and review the relevant KPIs ensuring CAPA plans and continuous improvement actions are taken.
Interact with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast dynamics.
Use and maintain the Demand netting softwares.
Provide support to the local and regional demand planning teams in the Safety Stock review process.
Support the stakeholders involved in the calculation of the Stockout and Lost Sales KPIs and support the execution and follow up of preventive actions to avoid stockouts.
Support the analysis of the 5-year plan and budget plan.
Support new product launches at the corporate level.
Requirements: Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science.
Knowledge of Excel and Power Point Detail oriented, extreme accuracy and strong analytical abilities.
Ability to cooperate with different functions (demand planning, sales, supply chain, and marketing) and geographies within a complex matrixed environment.
Fluent in English.
Previous experience in similar roles, supply chain, forecasting, and demand planning will be considered as a plus.
Type of contract: fixed-term, maternity replacement.
