Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Global Demand Analytics Lead to join our team located in Latina, Italy.

What you will be doing:
In this role, you will generate and optimize statistical forecasts across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy through monthly analyses. You will lead innovative analytics projects, improve current tools, and act as a link between Business and IT for developing new solutions. Additionally, you will support regional teams with ad-hoc analyses and manage key brand forecasts globally.
What impact you will also have:
- Be responsible for the generation and optimization of the statistical forecast, handling different countries worldwide (monthly analysis).
- Lead groundbreaking analytics projects exploring the discovery new solutions and technologies that strive to reach a new maturity level in statistical forecasting and digital capabilities across Innovative Medicine (new statistical forecast techniques, advance digital solutions).
- Data owner for all the monthly demand reports and responsible to identify gaps and errors.
- Continuous improvement of the current analytical tools and solutions. Act as link between Business and IT Business Partners for the development of new analytics tools or for the enhancement of the existing ones.
- Full understand and own the Business data model design.
- Support the Regional Demand & Supply Teams for ad-hoc analysis.
- Work proactively and autonomously in bringing innovation in Innovative Medicine Supply Chain.
- Global Brand Owner of key Brands statistically forecasted.
**Qualifications**:
We would love to hear from you, if you have the following requirements:
**Education**:
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Skilled with statistical tools/computational software (R, Matlab) programming languages (not a specific language), visualization tool (e.g. Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI) and database.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts and capabilities and ability to transform them in valuable business solutions.
- Ability to Represent the Business during all phase of the projects.
- Willingness to learn.
- Communicative person able to get along with different partners around the world both internally and externally.
Preferred:
- Experience to work in a business environment, with a preference for Supply Chain.
Other:
- Proficient in English.
- Occasional International Traveling might be required.
