Key Responsibilities:
- Data Insights: Manage global sales force data (IQVIA, etc.) and turn insights into P&L impact.
- Target Setting: Develop sales targets and bonus schemes, focusing on GP sales forces.
- Digital KPIs: Implement key digital metrics for P&L and sales execution.
- Platform Development: Build automated data platforms to enhance brand performance.
- Global Collaboration: Work with brand managers on promotional strategies and sustainability goals.
