RINA is currently recruiting for a Global Cyber Security Strategic Development Director to join its office in Milan, Genoa or Rome (Italy) within the Global Strategic Initiatives Division (Corporate).
Mission As the Cyber Security Strategic Leader, you will be responsible for shaping and leading the company's external cybersecurity services strategy. You will develop solutions aimed at addressing the unique security challenges faced by a diverse client base, which spans from large industrial operations to infrastructure, marine, and beyond. A key focus will be on understanding client needs and building a portfolio of high-value services that cater to different sectors.
Key Accountabilities Client-Centric Product and Service Development:
Design and deliver innovative cybersecurity solutions, ensuring they are tailored to meet the specific needs of a broad and diverse client portfolio. This includes services like risk assessments, compliance (GDPR, NIS), incident response, and protection of critical infrastructure, as well as more general sectors beyond industry. Market Expansion and Business Development:
Identify and seize new business opportunities across various sectors, not limited to industrial environments, but including energy, real estate, marine, and infrastructure. Portfolio Management:
Build a comprehensive portfolio of cybersecurity services designed to cater to a wide array of external clients, addressing emerging challenges in areas such as IoT, SCADA, operational technology (OT), and traditional IT security needs. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
Act as the primary contact for key clients, working to deeply understand their business requirements and positioning the company as a strategic partner in cybersecurity. Ensure the services evolve in line with client feedback and market demands. Leadership and Team Development:
Lead and inspire a team of cybersecurity professionals, driving innovation, collaboration, and excellence in service delivery. Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Cyber Security
Qualifications Over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong track record in leading client-facing services. Deep knowledge of cybersecurity standards (ISO 27001, IEC 62443), regulations (GDPR, NIS), and industry-specific security challenges. Experience developing and managing a broad portfolio of cybersecurity products and services. Proven ability to understand and anticipate diverse client needs across various sectors. Strong leadership and client relationship skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
