What we are looking forWe are currently looking for a talented Senior Tax Specialist /Sr Specialist with strong experience in tax and corporate income tax to join our Italian team.
Main Accountabilities:• Corporate and international tax compliance• Central governance of tax reporting• Group ETR calculation• CBCR and Pillar • CFC and Hybrid analysis, DAC compliance• R&D and Patent box Main Responsibilities:• Manage the tax report coming from the subsidiaries in order to consolidate the group ETR, both actual, forecast and budget view• Support the countries on their tax reporting activity• Track and monitor tax law changes in the countries the Group operates and drive the related implementation where applicable• Identify and evaluate available efficiencies provided by the tax law.
Qualifications, Knowledge:• Master Degree in Economics or Law• to years of experience in Multinational Companies or Tax Consulting Firms• Fluent in English.
