We are looking for: GLOBAL CORPORATE AFFAIRS SPECIALIST INTERNSHIPAbout you:
In this role, you will make a difference by supporting the Global Corporate Affairs and Compliance team and work in an international department reporting directly to the Global Corporate Expert.
The role:Supporting the manager, you will learn to:
Implement and use the corporate tool for data management and document control;Update the corporate books and corporate documentation of the companies in the Group, preparing corporate resolutions, minutes, and supporting documentation for the corporate bodies;Collaborate in the management and implementation of the group's system of powers in Italy and abroad by drawing up proxies and powers of attorney, supporting the preparation of internal policies and procedures in the area of compliance;Manage corporate compliance at the Chambers of Commerce and relations with external law firms and notaries, as well as with all corporate functions involved;Provide assistance in the performance of business activities of Group companies for their participation in public and private tenders;Monitor and manage ministerial authorizations for Group companies.You will work at both Local and Global level.
Requirements:Law degree (knowledge of corporate, civil, and commercial law appreciated);Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written;Brief experience in a similar field will be considered a plus;Interest in the subject, precision, proactivity, dynamism, and passion complete the profile.The offer:Our fast-moving business offers the opportunity to be part of a dedicated and talented team that shares a common purpose and works together to make a positive impact.
