**GLOBAL COLLECTION MERCHANDISING MANAGER RTW**:
For one of OTB Group brands, we are looking for a Collection Merchandising Manager, who will be responsible for ensuring the identification and realization of a structure of the collection assortment for RTW Collection.
The role's main responsibilities are:
PRODUCT STRATEGY
Define the global consumer-centered product strategy and offer, covering the needs of all channels, delivering a sustainable business growth according to financial targets while supporting the brand image & DNA.
- Support the definition of the collection merchandising strategy with the Global Head of Collection Merchandising.
- Elaborate collection brief and follow-up product development with Design and R&D team.
- At brief time, consolidate, filter, prioritize regional inputs of different channels (brief).
- Study sell-in analysis to highlight categories and specific products' performances.
- Study competitors' analysis with particular focus on price benchmarking, offer dimension and key products.
- Study CRM, sell-out and stores' data - visiting markets and collecting information on competitors to fully understand consumers preferences.
- Ensure that Key Accounts product needs are covered in the structure.
- Liaise with Key Accounts, Sales Category, Buyers, Key markets to ensure proper product offer development.
- Collaborate with R&D in order to ensure a continuous feedback on collection development and performances.
- Lead product development process milestones to ensure final offer is in line with brief structure.
- Develop and manage product presentations and tools to inform and train the sales/buying network.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop any necessary tool to support sell-in, inform and train the sales/buying network.
- Identify new product opportunities.
- Manage unplanned high complexity and cross-functional activities in a limited time span for collection flash.
- Pilot pre-orders to meet the expected delivery windows.
- Define the deliveries strategic flow in collaboration with Design, Product and Operations.
- Collaborate with the Retail Merchandising to ensure continuous market feedback.
- Participate to the definition of the retail assortment in collaboration with the Retail Merchandising.
- Develop together with Retail Merchandising the Go To Market Calendar
PRICING, MARGINS, FORECASTING
Design the pricing architecture in order to hit the company's target margins.
Develop forecasts by item and/or washes to support Production and margins simulations.
IN-SEASON - RTW COLLECTION
Review Product performance at style level by cluster, country and store on a monthly basis.
Identify product opportunities and challenges
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Develop direct reports transferring professional know-how as well as OTB values, strategy and projects, ensuring team alignment on the Group's objectives.

- What requirements you need to have:
- The profile must have proved team management and people development skills, strong business perception and innovative attitude, as well as analytical skills, determination to achieve the objectives, flexibility, enthusiasm, initiative, ability to problem solving and teamwork.
- Fluent Italian and English, both spoken and written.
