Join Electrolux Professional Group - asINTERN - GLOBAL PURCHASING ABOUT THE JOB Buying and ordering components, finished products and services from suppliers, record keeping and tracking of inbound orders.ABOUT YOUR TASKS: Oversees Purchase-to-Pay processes of the products and services as assigned, ensuring compliance with purchasing policies, procedures, and priorities, orders are completed timely and accurately, effective purchase orders lifecycle management including eventual amendments and or cancellations.
Coordinate logistics for shipping and delivery Discuss defects and delivery problems with suppliers and manage returns/refunds Provide timely and accurate responses to all internal customers Purchase products and services as assigned, ensure on time delivery and expedite as necessary Manage inventory levels for assigned materials Maintain data records as assigned Assist with reconciliation of daily receipts and invoicing discrepancies ABOUT YOU Academic degree in business and/or engineering field Excellent and proven knowledge of Excel and Power Point Efficient time management skills Strong organizational skills Strong communication skills Detail orientated Customer service oriented (internal and external) Italian mother tongue English fluent (proven C1/C2 levels) Confident with a pro-active approach to work and a willingness to learn.
High energy and commercial focus: customer first.
Good in searching information independently using public sources, analyze and elaborate data can organize time and resources in a multiple category environment.
