Job purpose The internship has the aim to:
- Support the operational activities of the Global Business Travel & Global Facility Management Unit, cooperating with Internal Department (Procurement, IT, Legal, Administration, HR, etc.
), but also with External providers (travel agencies, company credit card, rental car suppliers, hotels, facility suppliers, etc.
).
- Support the Direct Manager to project management main streams with a cross approach within the Department.
- Support the Global Business Travel & Facility Support Manager in the main daily operational activities: business travel management, Global Facility, car Group Policy, company credit card.
