Global Applications And Processes Analyst – Tagetik

Talent Solutions, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting for aGlobal Applications and Processes Analyst – TagetikThe candidate will join the Global Applications and Processes Team as Analyst with the aim to support the senior colleagues to manage project activities including preparation of deliverables, process design and business partner's iteration management.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management; Manage external providers; Interact with Business Key-Users and Process Owners; Gathering and analysis of business requirements; Process Design; Design of the technical solution; Configuration and Software implementation; Application Maintenance and Post go-live support; Change Management; Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive).
JOB REQUIREMENTS Master Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent; Fluent oral and written communication skills in English; 2-3 years relevant professional experience in a comparable position in an international company with a complex structure or in a consulting company; 2-3 years experience on CCH Tagetik Implementation projects (Consolidation, Budgeting & Planning, AIH); Good analytical and problem solving skills Teamwork oriented & Goal-driven; Good knowledge of SQL; Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel EXPECTED TRAVEL: 10%-20% Master Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent; Fluency in English; 2-3 years experience on CCH Tagetik Implementation projects
