Amplifon has been recognized as a "Top Employer 2024" in Europe, the United States, and New Zealand by the Top Employers Institute.For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Global Finance Accounting team to contribute in managing and coordinating the Accounting Activities for Amplifon S.p.A., Parent Company of Amplifon Group, including closing activities, statutory reporting, and supporting management in business decisions while ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements.Does the opportunity sound interesting to you?We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from day 1.You'll be in charge of:Updating administrative and accounting procedures ensuring compliance with Law 262/2005Compliance with reference to all the Group subsidiaries and facilitating testing activitiesMapping and optimization of the key accounting processes following the roll-out of the new Group ERPMonitoring the correct application of International Financial Reporting Standards across the GroupPreparing updated presentations for the Board, Statutory Auditors Committee, external auditors, and Top ManagementSupport in the maintenance of the Group Governance and Accountability Action Plan Matrix, with reference to all the Group subsidiariesYou are the right person if you:Have a background in Economics, Finance, or related fields;Are fluent in English and would like to work with multicultural teams;Are comfortable with numbers and good at analyzing data and capturing insights;Have a strong attention to detail;Have a proactive approach;Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;Curious about who you'll be working with?
