GIS OPERATOR JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a GIS operator for environmental screening on the development of new projects for the production of renewable energy in Italy.Possibility to gain experience in designing wind, photovoltaics and green hydrogen plants.Immediate availability required.Job Category GIS OPERATOR Job Type FULL TIME Job Location VERONA / MELFI ACTIVITIES REQUIREMENTS As a GIS Designer, the candidate is going to carry out the following tasks:Identification of the applicable European, national, and regional regulatory framework for a given design solution in a specific territorial context, aimed at evaluating the expected interactions and/or interferences with the planned interventions.Support in a GIS environment for the study of project alternatives and optimization of the locational choice of interventions through multicriteria analysis.Preparation of project cartographic documents, including territorial frameworks, analysis of the protection system, specific plans for expropriation and servitude, and intervisibility analysis. The candidate must meet the following requirements:Knowledge of software in GIS environment. Required level : 8 out of 10;Knowledge of applicable legislation and key sector plans in order to conduct territorial and environmental constraints analysis of photovoltaic and/or wind power plants. Required level : 7 out of 10;Predisposition to learning and studying norms and laws in the field of environment, urban planning and energy.Preferable Degree in environmental, energy or architecture engineering, and photorendering software (Revit, Photoshop)Preferable diploma from surveyor; #J-18808-Ljbffr
