If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!As Quality & Laboratory Testing Manager, your key responsibilities will include:Track, adjust, and share key quality KPIs such as RTFT, daily product non-conformities, COPQ, claim rate, and TTCQ.Establish and implement quality standards for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods, ensuring compliance through rigorous testing and sampling methods.Design and enforce quality control plans tailored to various product families, aligning with industry standards and specific customer requirements.Lead internal and third-party audits (ISO9001), manage customer visits and audits, and spearhead customer claims resolution.Drive initiatives to reduce non-conformities and associated costs, utilizing A3 project methodologies.Develop and update standard operating procedures to support audits and regulatory inspections.Oversee all quality control aspects, from laboratory studies to production, ensuring adherence to standards and addressing potential issues.Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure their products and services meet our quality standards.Conduct quality training sessions, ensuring all plant personnel are engaged and informed.Manage product certification activities, including periodic audits by external certification bodies.Implement tests and controls to verify product conformity, from raw material inspection to final product testing.Promote a safe working environment by identifying and improving unsafe conditions.Monitor and analyze test results (dimensional, electrical, and mechanical), focusing on accuracy and statistics.Train operators on test procedures and improvements.Manage the calibration process for laboratory and shop floor measurement instruments.Work with the Country R&D team on prototype testing and delivery.Requirements:Educational Background: Engineering degree.Experience: At least 3-4 years in a similar role.Knowledge: Proficiency in ISO9001, Office suite (Access), and SAP.We look forward to welcoming a dedicated professional who is ready to contribute to our commitment to quality and excellence.Apply now and be a part of our journey towards continuous improvement and innovation!Prysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
