in Italy.
You will be responsible for achieving the growth of the commercial channel through the search of new customers, the management of the existing customer portfolio and the development and implementation of specific projects with prospects and partners.
Youwill also ensure the best management of our commercial agents.How you will contributeScouting of commercial agentsTrain the network of commercial agents on products, sales ceremony and clients management of Ginori 1735Analyze the target market, identifying target customersMaintain and expand the customer portfolioAnalyze the requests for new projects and/or customizations by prospects and partners and define the proper offers to the customer (technical elements of development, timing, pricing, etc.
)Prepare Commercial ProposalsShare with the Customer Service the information necessary for the correct creation of the orderBe constantly updated on the development process of the product, deliveries and any problems, speeding up the process where possible and intervening in case of need (e.g.
extraordinary cases of delay in delivery, etc..)Coordinate commercial follow-up to retain customers and update them on product offers (new collections, business opportunities, etc.
)Manage the strategic development of the Ho.Re.Ca Contract Italy Channel through supporting the definition of the annual price list and managing the Ho.Re.Cas budgetWho you areA graduate in Economics or related fieldsWith passion and curiosity for the world of hospitality (hotellerie, restaurant and café)A problem solver, able to prioritize workloadA collaborative individual able to build solid relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholdersA great team player, able to engage with teams and colleagues from different functions and levels of the companyProficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,..)Fluent in Italian and English both spoken and written.
French knowledge is a plus
