As a Genesys Solution Specialist, you will play a significant role in designing, implementing, and optimizing digital and voice solutions.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership • Solution Design: Collaborate with technical squad team and internal customers to understand their business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
• Implementation: Configure and implement digital and voice applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Optimization: Continuously improve and enhance digital and voice solutions to maximize performance and efficiency.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to applications.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience • CTI (Computer Telephony integration) and Genesys Cloud deep knowledge.
• Java/Python Programming Experience with 3rd party integration modules (CRM, VoiceBot, Cognitive services).
