Job Description: GENERATOR/HVAC Field Service Representative (TESA) in Vicenza, Italy Must have a current and active Secret clearance.

Our work depends on a Field Service Representative joining our team to support C5ISR Communication-electronics sustainment efforts across the European theater of operations.

HOW AN HVAC GENERATOR FSR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Conducting technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations.Troubleshooting technical problems and issues, determining technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommending actions to company or customer representatives for coordinated product solutions.Assessing product needs in accordance with customer specifications.Conducting technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives. Acts as local on-site representative to customer's organization.Required to perform other additional duties and assignments in support of the Contract. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Possess an Active Secret security ClearanceFamiliar with GCSS-Army Maintenance and Work Order process.Work Location: Germany with 25-50% travel required to other European countriesProductivity, Efficiency and One-time completionMeets customer's expectation and satisfactionMeet Contractual Sustainment Repair Turnaround Time (TAT)Excellent verbal communication and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentTESA Accreditation Requirements:A bachelor's degree plus 3 years of recent specialized experience, OR; An Associate's degree and/or Major Certification plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR; 11 years of recent specialized experience.
