Prepare a prime cost offer and deliver it to the Sales departmentCoordinate the construction managers, schedule the site personnelPlan the construction activities and prepare the construction site, organize the technical assistance deployment to siteManage the site activitiesCoordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractorsVerify the technical assistance cost against the budgetCoordinate of the commissioning activities with E&A departmentInterface with Clients for Site Construction / Erection activitiesAnalyze, manage and mitigate risks related to Site activitiesSchedule the resources for technical service interventions and organization of Site works activitiesYOU KNOWLeadership to coordinate, manage and plan Site team worksKnowledge in Site erection and commissioning activities management preferred for steel plantsVery good written and spoken EnglishAbility to work in a team and flexibilityWillingness to travel worldwideOrganizational skills, sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressureOpen-mindedness towards new approaches and innovationsConfident handling of MS Office toolsWE CONVINCE
