Association management company seeking a full-time General Operations Manager to be the key liaison between ownership, clients, property managers, and internal support staff.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Function as the strategic business leader responsible for overseeing day-to-day operating activitiesServe as the primary link between the Community Association Manager (CAM) Team, Bookkeeping Team, and company ownershipDevelop and implement portfolio-wide initiatives to exceed our clients' expectationsWork alongside CAMs and Association Boards of Directors to determine appropriate organizational strategies, goals, and objectivesEstablish and maintain a proactive human resource function to ensure employee motivation, training and development, wage and benefits administration, and compliance with labor regulationsOversee the selection, training, and professional development of new employeesDemonstrate administrative leadership principles and practices, including goal setting, program development, evaluation, and managementRemain current on government regulations affecting operations, ensuring that all communities in our portfolio are operated in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, and requirements of any federal, state, or municipal authorityDisplay courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with clients and staff to promote a harmonious and effective workplace environmentWork alongside ownership to oversee onboarding of new clients for smooth transitionsQualifications and Requirements: Active Florida CAM License10+ years as a manager and team leader in condo and/or HOA industryProven practice of developing teams, motivating team members, and managing 15 or more employees in a team environmentKnowledge of Governmental statutory requirements (State and Local) regarding HOAsAn inspired, driven individual who believes in providing outstanding customer experiences and comes to work energized and ready to carry that spirit throughout the dayMust have a take-charge approach and be dedicated to the well-being of all employees and clientsStrong management skills, customer service skills, problem-solving, and supervisory skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional appearanceSelf-motivated, dependable, punctual, independent, and a positive attitudeAbility to multitask and work at a fast pace with frequent interruptionsComputer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and TOPS Association Management SoftwareBenefits: 401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
