Their duties will include:Responsibilities:Analyse the pharmaceutical business landscape, addressing regulatory, pricing, reimbursement, and distribution challenges to meet financial and market objectives.Cultivate professional relationships with stakeholders, including officials, experts, and distributors.Manage the development and execution of the country's financial budget, aligning with company and market needs.Lead sales teams, ensuring they meet targets and operate effectively.Integrate commercial activities with supply chain and regulatory processes, identifying new business opportunities.Establish commercial frameworks to support long-term goals.Qualifications and Skills:Analytical and creative mindset, with a background in strategic marketing.Proven leadership skills and the ability to engage and develop teams.A tertiary degree in Science, Commerce, or Marketing and at least 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Understanding of financial principles and experience in business planning and budgeting.Ability to work in a multicultural environment and maintain high ethical standards.This position offers the chance to lead within the pharmaceutical industry, driving commercial success and contributing to healthcare improvements.
