We are looking for a General Manager Assistant who will be based in Padova Office.
The GM assistant will be working directly with the general management, and the activities he must carry out on a daily basis are framed within assisting the functions of the General manager in organizing activities, agenda, trips, and helping with the administrative tasks related to GM's duties.
Such as low volume opportunities approval, presentation preparations, helping in consolidate de budget, among others.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
**Position Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, meetings, appointments and other related activities.
- Plan the agenda of the manager or some other senior executive within the company.
- Collaborate and work in unity with the other members of the administrative department.
- Submit periodic reports and relevant evaluations on the assistance tasks accomplished so far.
- Manage certain information about the accounting.
- Prepare and maintain updated classified records of internal and external documentation, associated with regulations, procedure manuals and documents that require historical follow-up.
**Position Requierements**
- Education_
Bachelor Degree
- Educational area_
Executive assistant, Secretary, accounting studies, or similar degrees.
- Knowledge_
- Adminitrative tasks.
- Reporting Management
- Financing and Accounting background is a plus.
- Labor local law is a plus.
- Experience_
- 2+ years in administrative functions.
- Customer facing (By phone)
- Language requirements_
- English is a must
- Italian as native language.
- Spanish, Portuguese and Chinese are a plus.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
**Salary**: €25,000.00 - €30,000.00 per month
