For the Italian Sales Company, first in EMEA in terms of complexity, size and turnover, pilot country for important corporate projects that will then be developed in the other EMEA countries, we are looking for the:GENERAL MANAGERMain responsibilitiesReporting to the General Manager Europe, the position will be in charge of all aspects of customer, operational and financial performance of the sales company, ensuring that planned targets for sales, profit, and margin growth are achieved in an inclusive and purpose-driven environment.Full P&L and commercial responsibility for the Italian market, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting;Manage large innovative international company projects related to growing of the businessContinuing embedding and driving the successful local implementation of the key customer;Developing and delivering comprehensive annual and long-term business plans for Italy overall and for each of the sub-P&L's of the business (OEM, Resellers, End Users, Services);Provide visionary leadership to drive innovation and growth;Strong strategic thinking competences, with the ability to challenge the status quo and the tenacity to executeCandidate profilePersonal characteristics:He/she will be a strong communicator, with the ability to motivate and inspire its team, and collaborate across functions and cultures.He/she will be comfortable with strategic thinking, able to think creatively and laterally, and challenge the status quo.Its resilience enables he/she to cope well with setbacks and pressure, and productively handle resistance.
