The General Manager works closely with other executives and department heads to ensure the successful implementation of the company's goals and objectives.

Manage the organization of 80+ employees.
Inspire and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals.
Provide guidance and direction, make tough decisions, and lead by example.
Understand financial statements, key financial indicators, and budgeting processes.
Make informed decisions to optimize financial performance.
Effectively implement strategies, plans, and initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
A General Manager with strong execution competence ensures that plans are translated into actionable steps, monitors progress, and holds the team accountable for timely and high-quality execution.
Focus on strategic and new customers within the region, cultivating strong relationships to drive long-term growth, developing customized sales strategies that align with their specific business objectives.
Prioritize and expand relationships with key decision-makers to ensure a sustained and impactful market presence in the region.
What Skills Experience You Should Bring 10+ years of experience at the role with similar level of responsibility.
Industry experience and knowledge of building construction, utilities, geospatial, road infrastructure and similar industries.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) as advantageous.
Proven experience in a senior management role, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Comprehensive understanding of business operations and financial management principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proven track record in achieving business growth and profitability.
