Job description Position: As a GL Accountant you will cover all general ledger activities for our German business.START ASAP, location in Prague, close to the metro station.International and dynamic work environment.Summary of Responsibilities:oLease and Rental Contracts: Prepare and manage documentation for leasing and rental contracts per local GAAP and IFRS.oMonthly Reporting: Create and analyze monthly reports for specific business areas.oAudit Liaison: Serve as the main contact for auditors regarding annual financial statements.oCost Allocation: Approve and manage cost allocation to accounts and cost centers.oCommission Booking: Initiate and approve commission bookings or adjustments with operations.oCost Reclassification: Manage the reclassification of costs as per guidelines.oContract Valuation: Oversee valuation and realization of contract agreements.oIFRS 16 Compliance: Ensure compliance with IFRS 16 for long-term debt.
Requirements Qualification needed:oBachelor's degree in economics, business administration, finance, or related field.oMinimum 3 years of experience in accounting, GL accounting, auditing, leasing, or renting.oProficient in German and intermediate English.oExperience with accounting in SAP or another ERP tool.oStrong analytical skills, responsibility, and teamwork ability.
